Treatments and prices at Precision Vision London
Precision Vision London lists the following prices per eye on its website (read 22 September 2026). Where it writes “from”, so do we; a written quote follows your consultation.
- Cataract surgery (monofocal) — from £2,500 per eye
- Refractive lens exchange (RLE) — from £3,000 per eye
- YAG laser capsulotomy — £695 one eye, £1,200 both eyes
- Laser eye surgery (LASIK / LASEK / SMILE) — from £1,950 per eye
- ICL implantable collamer lens — from £3,500 per eye
- Keratoconus cross-linking / corneal implants — from £1,750 per eye
- PTK (phototherapeutic keratectomy) for corneal surface disorders — £2,100 per eye
- Piggyback intraocular lens (after cataract or lens replacement surgery) — no price published
- KeraSoft contact lenses for keratoconus — no price published
Consultation fees, as Precision Vision London publishes them: laser eye surgery consultation free (a £100 holding fee is refunded when you attend and meet its eligibility checks); lens, cataract and ICL consultations free (a £300 fee is deducted from your surgery cost if you proceed); keratoconus assessment £250; YAG capsulotomy assessment £150. Deposits are deducted from the total: £250 per eye for laser, cross-linking, corneal implants and YAG, £1,250 per eye for lens replacement, cataract and ICL.
Precision Vision London says every price is all-inclusive — consultation and diagnostics, the procedure, post-operative medications and protective eyewear, 12 months of follow-ups and any enhancement within the first year — and that there are no hidden extras.
Precision Vision London says 0% APR finance is available over 12 months on selected treatments, with longer plans at 9.9% APR over 24 to 60 months, subject to status. It says it is recognised by insurers including Bupa, Cigna and Aviva; check with your insurer what your policy covers.
About the clinic
Precision Vision London describes itself as an independent, surgeon-led practice founded by its Medical Director, Dr CT Pillai, and independent of any one lens or laser manufacturer. Its laser platform is the Schwind Amaris 1050RS, with wavefront-guided treatment included; its ICL procedures use EVO and EVO+ implantable collamer lenses. The clinic runs an optometrist co-management scheme under which patients can have some pre- and post-operative care with a trained optometrist near home, with post-operative reviews by Dr Pillai.
